Most leasing programs tend to fail at the dealer level because
they are not properly implemented, because the sales reps, the management,
and the finance people are not properly trained initially nor is
there usually any ongoing training or support. What seemed like
a good idea in the beginning often follows the path of "out
of sight out of mind". This is not the case when you

Integrity Leasing and Financing and Mark Gallagher have provided
lease/sales training to literally thousands of sales reps, dealer
owners, and manufacturers reps all across the country and even in
Puerto Rico. The largest group was approximately one hundred and
seventy furniture dealers and showroom managers in Pelham, AL. The
second largest group was approximately forty Haworth dealers in
Puetro Rico. The smallest group has been two or three sales reps.
Today Integrity offers leasing and sales training as part of the
program implementation, and also provides ongoing training and support,
in person at your location or via video teleconferencing. As valuable
as these trainings are we rarely charge for the training, but ask
only that you give us the right to first refusal for your lease
business. In other words, if one of your customers asks about leasing
we ask that you refer that customer to us. |
